Today I take you through the process I've been using with 3 different athletes under my tutelage in just the past 7 days:
The first athlete is someone who has hit the nutritional self destruct button after nailing nutrition for the first 20 days of January. I guide you through my approach for getting back on track.
Second up is an athlete who has been doing exceptionally well, but has had a substantial health scare. I talk about the principles which apply to both situations.
