On today's episode, I am joined by Jason Philips. He works with a lot of top performers in the CrossFit world as well as the general public. He's also been through a lot of personal struggles as you will see.
What I like about his approach is that it's so common sense. He doesn't force square pegs into round holes but approaches nutrition with common sense. Providing a great balance between all the far leaning thoughts on nutrition.
Today, we discuss the psychology of diet. How do we develop consistency in our diet? Why do people fall of track? What struggles do people typically come across? We also tackle some big subjects such as eating disorders.
All in all, this was one of my favourite episodes of recent times and I'm sure loads of you will get some golden nuggets from Jason.
